Can I try SKOG glasses without commitment?
Yes! After comfortably receiving your pair of SKOGs via mail, you have 30 days money refund policy. Within this period, you can change your pair of SKOGs for a different model, or you can get your money back (except for the shipping costs). In the case you want to exchange your SKOGs or have a refund, your pair of SKOG Sunglasses must be in their original conditions with any sign of usage or damage.
What if I don't like to see myself with the ones I bought?
No problem. Simply return them by mail in the same condition you got them and we'll send you the model you want.
How long will it take until I get my order?
In Portugal it will take up to 72 work hours. Rest of Europe it will take 5 to 10 days. Outside Europe, it will take 10 to 20 days. Please note that outside Europe there may be delays and additional costs related to the customs procedures in your country, which we cannot control.
What type of lenses do you use?
All our lenses are polarized and offer total UVA and UVB protection. Because they're polarized, you'll get to experience a more sharp and clear vision of the world around you. That's also the reason why, when looking at some screens (e.g. smartphone) from certain angles, you can see them in a slightly different way. This is a completely normal behaviour and is due to the finishing used in some of this screens and not in any way related to the lenses (any polarized lenses will cause this slight effect).

I never got a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?
All buyers should get a confirmation email, so before contact us, please check your Junk Mail. If you still can find the email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a new confirmation email.
